If your animal has undergone surgery, has any diagnosed clinical conditions, or is seeing the vet for any specific concern, I will need written veterinary consent before booking your appointment. This is in order to abide by the UK Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, and the Animal Protection and Welfare Spanish Law which applies to animal musculoskeletal therapists. If an underlying condition is suspected I may refer you back to the vet for further evaluation. Veterinary consent can be approved by either me or by you the owner contacting your veterinarian . Please use the vet consent form provided.

Cancellation Policy

To book an appointment please pay a deposit of £15. Full payments for individual sessions can be made on the day in cash or via bank transfer 24 hours after the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do 72 hours before or you will loss your deposit.  

 

Use of images and videos during physiotherapy sessions.

I may take images or videos of your horse/dog for use on my social media accounts or for therapeutic evaluation. If you prefer that images or videos of your animal are not used, please let me know, and I will fully respect your wishes.​

 

Liability & Owner Responsibility 

Please inform me of any specific behavioural quirks or issues your animal has; biting, kicking, for example, so I can handle them accordingly. 

 

Data Protection & Confidentiality

Any information shared during consultations is treated as confidential. Information will only be shared with your veterinarian, if required, for the care of your horse/dog. Your personal details will not be shared without your explicit consent.
